Using this site

By using playertwoworks.com, you agree to these terms. The site is run by Player Two Works LLC in metro Detroit, Michigan.

The content here, including the text, design, and examples, belongs to Player Two Works. You're welcome to read, share links to, and quote it with credit, but not to copy it wholesale or present it as your own.

Prices and offers

Prices on this site are published so you know what to expect, and are starting points. They can change at any time. A price becomes an agreement only when it's written into a signed statement of work or paid through online booking.

Credits mentioned on the site, such as money off a follow-on engagement booked within 30 days, apply only as described and have no cash value.

Client work

Projects, monthly plans, training, and managed IT are governed by a Master Services Agreement and a statement of work signed by both of us. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins.

Online bookings: Power Hour, Tutorial Level and Build-With-You

• Payment is taken in full when you book.
• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the start time for a full refund or a new time.
• Within 24 hours, you can reschedule once to a time within 30 days, but the booking isn't refundable.
• If you haven't joined within 15 minutes of the start time and haven't let me know, the session is forfeited.
• Sessions end at the scheduled time, even if they start late.
• If I need to cancel or reschedule, you choose a new time or a full refund.
• You'll need your own accounts for the tools we work in. Anything we build together in your accounts is yours.
• Sessions are advice and hands-on help, not a guarantee of a specific result.

The free call

The free 20-minute call is a no-obligation conversation. Anything I suggest on it is a starting point, not professional advice you should rely on before we've agreed on the work.

No warranty for the site

The site and its content are provided as they are. I work to keep them accurate and available, but I don't promise they're error-free or always online. Examples and case studies describe past work and aren't a promise of the same results for you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Player Two Works isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site. For online bookings, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

Links to other sites

This site links to other services, such as the booking and payment pages. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
