Worth knowing

Your first step pays you back

Move into Co-op Mode within 30 days of finishing Press Start, and $750 comes off your first month. The audit is effectively free, and your build starts from a real map instead of a guess.

The same goes for training: book Level Up within 30 days of Training Mode, and $500 comes off.

It exists because automation projects fail far more often from bad scoping than from bad engineering.

The fine print, in plain language

  • Prices are starting points. Scope is what flexes on a fixed-fee engagement — not quality, and not the rate.
  • I take a limited number of Co-op Mode clients at a time, so each one gets real build hours every week rather than whatever is left over.
  • Out-of-scope work for retainer clients is $150/hr. Ad-hoc work without a retainer is $185/hr.
  • Managed IT is business hours, 8–5 ET, with a four-hour response commitment. No 24/7 promise, because one person cannot honestly make one.
